God makes Himself known through His Word, His Truth, and His Revelation. His Word speaks with divine authority, His truth is unchanging and eternal, and His revelation allows humanity to know what could never be discovered by human understanding alone. Yet Scripture also identifies Jesus as the Word who was with God and was God, and as the One who reveals the Father to us. As these passages are examined together, they provide a powerful testimony that Jesus is not separate from God’s truth and revelation, but is the divine Word through whom God has made Himself known.
